Our Approach:
The Model School will be created as a "fishbowl" - to show what is possible while also doing something about it.

The school is based on the philosophy, Theory of change - a better school model that acts as a system of continual evaluation and improvement, and an experience that is shared to improve the other schools, and the larger system in which it operates. Institut Sengalkam will be a catalyst for school evolution and education reform in West Africa and beyond.
